Operations & Student Experience Internship

 

Overview.

Experience Haus (a part of Matter Of Form Group) is a London-based Design and Technology training provider offering practical, hands-on workshops and courses across digital, tech, creative and strategy. Dedicated to delivering affordable education and spaces for self-improvement. As of August 2018, Experience Haus proudly became a part of the Matter Of Form Group.

The role of the Operations and Student Experience intern is to assist with the planning, development and execution of our workshops and courses as well as ensuring all prospect and current students receive a high quality experience while studying with us. This includes assisting the admissions team with enquiries, engaging our community with exciting events and content and being an advocate for our students developing their careers.

Responsibilities:

  •  Providing and maintaining a reputable student experience, helping to be the face of the Experience Haus brand.

  •  Assisting with organising the logistics and operations at workshops and classes.

  • Helping to respond to student queries and general requests.

  • Learning and utilizing the internal processes to track student data and upcoming

    classes/workshops.

  • Engaging the Experience Haus community by posting events and exciting content in our Slack channels.

  •  Understanding the education and technology landscape, as well as understanding what Experience Haus offers.

Duration.

The unpaid internship (expenses covered) will begin on Monday 16th August 2021 ending on Friday 27th August 2021.

Location.

This programme will be completed remotely.
