Senior Marketing Manager

The Mission

Create and deliver a compelling, highly effective marketing strategy, that cements MOFs position as a category leader within the luxury industry, both locally & globally. Working with the C-suite, and every team in the business, you will design a marketing strategy that helps drive ambitious international growth plans and firmly establishes our reputation for delivering award winning brand development, CX and digital innovation solutions for our clients.

The Remit

Matter Of Form is looking for a talented and highly motivated Senior Marketing Manager to join the team. Reporting directly to our COO, and working closely with all of the c-suite, this is the perfect chance to play a highly influential role within the business and create strategies that drive brand awareness, generate new business and underpin ambitious international growth plans, particularly in the US and Middle East. You will be responsible for managing the marketing budget and enjoy an unrivalled position as guardian of the MOF brand, ensuring the quality & consistency of our marketing channels and campaigns.

Our clients represent brands who are icons of culture with luxury marques, so our marketing strategies are crafted with them in mind. Our content is aimed at discerning international luxury leaders, representing category leading brands across sectors including hospitality, travel, retail, real estate and automotive. As such we firmly believe you’ll have a curiosity for the world around you, and will relish the opportunity to immerse yourself in trends, cultural shifts and behavioural change. Staying abreast of market trends and competitor activities, you’ll use this insight to drive strategic recommendations, develop targeted campaigns to drive growth and ensure our content firmly positions MOF as thought-leaders in the luxury category.

This role is made for those who love the variety of multi-channel marketing, rolling their sleeves up and being a hands-on marketeer. With responsibility for concepting, managing and delivering campaigns and content across a breadth of channels, no two days will be the same. You’ll be an accomplished content marketeer and feel as comfortable managing our podcast series (What the Luxe) as you are delivering white papers, printing retrospectives and managing our social and digital channels. You’ll be a natural networker, adept at nurturing & leveraging our relationships with key industry partners, and have an expert eye for spotting & delivering speaking opportunities for MOF c-suite and senior management. You’ll love PR  and instinctively know how to manage our communications to elevate our profile and cement our reputation as thought-leaders within the luxury category.  You’ll have an innate understanding of the role marketing plays within new business and support teams to develop targeted content and campaigns, driving our growth ambitions both in the UK and internationally. If it seems a tall order, rest assured you will work very closely with our talented copywriter to create content, and enjoy the support of the c-suite and senior leadership across the agency. You’ll also manage our relationships with specialist 3rd party SEO and technical partners to ensure you have the expertise available to deliver on our ambitious goals.
