Senior Account Manager

We’re looking for skill diplomats, relationship builders and team influencers. In return, we’ll entrust you with our most valuable assets; our accounts. You’ll be expected use your excellent communicate to build strong relationships, to get the best out of our creative teams and to make sure that we’re doing the right thing throughout.


  • Contribute to overall growth, development and planning for all nominated accounts

  • Help clients achieve goals, objectives and overall success

  • Meet revenue, profit and desired margin margins for all accounts

  • Maintain a high level of performance of agency resources

  • Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and internal team members

  • Make sure client needs, expectations and resource requirements are well planned throughout the agency

  • Ensure agency and project processes are followed by both internal teams - as well as clients

  • Attend sales meetings, regularly capture opportunities and follow up on new business leads

  • Provide regular updates to account status

  • Work with the Project Management team to ensure the timely development, execution and delivery of client projects

  • Be the voice of client within the agency

  • Be the voice of the agency for the client

  • Set quarterly forecasts for your accounts and work with the operations team to plan out future resource requirements

  • Support new business development and, when necessary, join relevant pitch teams

  • Take ownership of briefing - from first spotting the opportunity, taking the client brief and briefing internal teams

  • Work with project managers to produce contracts, account documentation and project plans based on briefs received by clients

  • Take ownership of all profit, loss and billing schedules

  • Work with your project manager to ensure all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated clearly to your clients


  • 3+ year’s experience working for a digital or e-commerce agency as an Account Manager

  • Leadership experience in delivering successful digital campaigns on budget and on schedule

  • A passion for web production, e-commerce and branding, with a strong understanding of all areas of digital, including website design & development, UX and CMS platforms

  • Good understanding of SEO, Analytics & content strategy

  • Ability to demonstrate detailed knowledge of e-commerce landscape and trends

  • A considerate, diplomatic and patient personality

  • Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken

  • A knack of being able to communicate big ideas simply

  • Excellent organisation skills

  • Ability to work to deadlines

  • Team player; you’ll be working alongside PM, developers, designers and strategists

  • Fully understand the pain-points of our client


£35-£40k based on experience + a generous bonus
