You’ll be expected use your excellent communicate to build strong relationships, to get the best out of our creative teams and to make sure that we’re doing the right thing throughout.
Own overall growth, development, planning and strategic direction for all accounts
Ensure clients have clear goals, objectives and that success or progress is regularly reported
Work with the SMT to set clear revenue, profit and desired margin targets for all accounts - and then ensure they’re met
Build, maintain and grow solid senior relationships with all clients
Lead the strategic development of all accounts have clear plans and objectives that are understood by all team members
Make sure client needs, expectations and resource requirements are well planned throughout the agency
Ensure your team tracks P&L and that they ensure time is effectively logged across projects so you’re able to have an accurate view of financial performance
Lead a team of Account Managers and Executives. You’ll act as as their direct Line Manager - running appraisals, setting objectives to ensure their growth and success with the agency
Make sure that your Project Managers ensure the timely development, execution and delivery of client projects
Be the voice of client within the agency and the voice of the agency for the client
Work with the junior client services team to ensure quarterly forecasts and set for your accounts and then work with the operations team to plan out future resource requirements
Support new business development by being prepared to actively hunt for leads, lead the pitch process and identify opportunities within existing client relationships
Make sure you and your team take ownership of briefing - from first spotting the opportunity, taking the client brief and briefing internal teams
Work with project managers and your team to produce contracts, account documentation and project plans based on briefs received by clients
Make sure you and your team take ownership of all profit, loss and billing schedules
Work with your team and the project managers to ensure all project documentation is kept up to date and communicated clearly to your clients
Previous experience working for a digital or branding agency either as an Senior Account Manager or an Account Director
Relevant experience leading the client relationship for large scale digital or branding projects
Relevant experience leading teams of Account Executives or Account Managers
Relevant experience owning the client relationship for multiple accounts or portfolios
Relevant experience reporting, presenting and analysing financial information for client accounts
A strategic thinker who understands how to propose solutions that meet client needs and create business value.
Strong knowledge of luxury and hospitality
A passion for digital marketing and branding - and a proven history in delivering forward thinking work for clients
A considerate, diplomatic and patient personality
Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken
An ability to quickly grasp high level concepts, ideas or situations and provide direction throughout
A knack of being able to communicate big ideas simply
Leader; you’ll be leading PM, developers, designers and strategists.
A quick learner who can fully understand all aspects of our client’s business
